Terms and Conditions:

All prices are FOB USD Bangkok with standard packing. Prices do not include special packing requirements such as individual boxing, specialty labeling, bar codes, logo hang tags, etc.

When acting as buyer’s agent or shipper, we will provide any permits required such as Fine Arts Department (Buddha) permit or teak permit, but the cost of the permits(s) will be on the buyer’s account. Please note that when buying our products, the cost of all permits is included in the FOB price.

Minimum total order amount is USD 5,000.

Payment to be made by bank wire transfer ( T/T ). 50% deposit and balance payable against copy of Bill of Lading.

Production time is generally 6 to 8 weeks depending on items.

Delivery Ex-factory is subject to VAT, currently at 7%

Bank charges outside of Thailand are the buyer’s responsibility.
